Fulfillment, refunds, and cancellations

When you buy a third-party product through one of our links, your purchase is with that seller, not with us. Their refund, cancellation, delivery, and support policies apply, and you should read them before you buy. We are happy to help you reach the right person there, but we cannot refund a charge we did not make.

If a charge from TEAMTURNERLIVE LLC ever appears on your statement and you did not authorise it, email contact@teamturnerlive.com with the date and amount. We will investigate and, where the charge was made in error, refund it in full within ten business days — no conditions attached.

Should we sell a product or service directly in future, the terms — price, currency, delivery, refund window, and cancellation process — will be stated in full on the page where it is sold and before you are asked to pay. Prices will be shown in United States dollars (USD).

This website is served over HTTPS. We do not collect, transmit, or store credit or debit card numbers — there is no payment form on this site.

Where TEAMTURNERLIVE LLC processes payments, it does so through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor — the strictest level of certification available in the payments industry. Card data goes to Stripe directly and is never held by us.

TEAMTURNERLIVE LLC operates from the United States. Third-party programs and products we promote frequently limit eligibility by country, age, platform, or account standing, and some are available only to US residents. Those limits are set by the third party, not by us, and are stated in their terms. Check that you qualify before you buy.
